We hope you enjoy your stay at Cosmos Camping and kindly ask that you take a few minutes to read our terms & conditions. Please note that by confirming a booking at this campsite, you are agreeing to adhere to these terms.
Cancellations & Amendments
General Information

Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

Public areas are non-smoking.

·Quiet hours must be respected between 9.30 p.m. and 8 a.m.

·Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Amendments & cancellations with full refund are available until 7 days prior to your visit, unless part of a large group (see below).

Larger group bookings where 3 or more pitches have been block booked, have a 21 day advance notice for any amendments or cancellations with full refund. Thereafter no refund is available.

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
Admission & Age Policy

No guests under the age of 16 on site

Under 18s must be accompanied by someone of 18 yrs +.

No Stag or Hen parties permitted on site.
Arrivals & Departures

Official arrival times are 1pm to 6pm and check out is 11am on your day of departure.

·Reception is unmanned after 6 p.m so late arrivals must notify the campsite as soon as possible if arriving after 6pm. Call 01550 740611 or email welcome@cosmoscamping.co.uk.

Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the campsite reserves the right to relet your unit.
Large Groups over 6 people

Groups of 6 and more, must notify the campsite a the time of booking, even if booking separate pitches.

- Large groups are welcome but we wish to manage pitch placements to ensure all campers onsite have their best experience.
- Please note, quiet times are between 21.30pm and 08.00am.
- Where 3 or more pitches have been block booked, a 21 day notice period applies for any amendments or cancellations
Dogs

Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.
Safety & Onsite Guidance

Tents to be pitched a 6m minimum distance from firepits.

Fires only in firepits provided by campsite.

No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated car park area.

Barbecues are permitted (but not electric or gas) and must be raised off the ground to avoid scorching the grass and attended by an adult at all times.

No electric barbecues allowed.

No gas barbecues allowed.

Firearms are not permitted.

Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
