Cancellations & Amendments

Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex with individual, lockable units.
Public areas are non-smoking.
·Quiet hours must be respected between 9.30 p.m. and 8 a.m.
·Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Please note that all refunds will have the original processing payment fee deducted. This is typically £1 - £2 and the exact amount will be confirmed to you at the time of refund.
Amendments & cancellations with refund are available until 7 days prior to your visit, unless part of a large group (see below).
Larger group bookings where 3 or more pitches have been block booked, have a 21 day advance notice for any amendments or cancellations with refund. Thereafter no refund is available.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

If guests wish to use our campsite bins then they must separate their rubbish into Food / Recycling / Glass / Non-recycling.
CCTV is in operation at the bins area.
Any rubbish bags of mixed waste that have not been separated and simply left in general waste, will either be returned to the guest if still onsite, or they will be invoiced for a disposal fee of £15.
By booking at this campsite, you therefore agree to these terms and to paying any disposal fee incurred from not separating and recycling your waste.

Official arrival times are 1pm to 6pm and check out is 11am on your day of departure.
·Reception is unmanned after 6 p.m so late arrivals must notify the campsite as soon as possible if arriving after 6pm. Call 01550 740611 or email welcome@cosmoscamping.co.uk.
Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the campsite reserves the right to relet your unit.

Groups of 6 and more, must notify the campsite a the time of booking, even if booking separate pitches.

Large groups are welcome but we wish to manage pitch placements to ensure all campers onsite have their best experience.
Please note, quiet times are between 21.30pm and 08.00am.

Tents to be pitched a 6m minimum distance from firepits.
Fires only in firepits provided by campsite.
No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated car park area.
Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground to avoid scorching the grass and attended by an adult at all times.
Any gas canisters must be taken away. They cannot be disposed of at the campsite bins.
Firearms are not permitted.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Disposal bins for dog waste are provided onsite and owners must pick up after their pets.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.
